There's a good cook book by Silvena Rowe called "Feasts" which has lots of interesting looking Bulgarian food. Seems like a great mix of mediterranean flavours and "East European" comfort food!Boakhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17657725007230709027noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-38739054.post-30388265764498545292008-07-11T01:26:00.000+01:002008-07-11T01:26:00.000+01:00Its so disappointing to find that not much is diff...Its so disappointing to find that not much is different or amusing about a country that you wold expect to be out of your world... Let's hope we all get chances to do that. Greece isnt all bad - I love Greek food - but for me, this trip to the balkans yielded greater results.Leighhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05512660051158275112noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-38739054.post-15784715601318921922008-07-08T19:38:00.000+01:002008-07-08T19:38:00.000+01:00Good postcard from Bulgaria but although I'm not s...Good postcard from Bulgaria but although I'm not surprised you had some poor quality seafoof in Greece, I still insist there's some quality seafood and tavernas to be enjoyed.

When traveling, always eat where the locals go.
