It's bottle conditioned too it may be a good one to culture up if it's the primary strain.<BR/><BR/>This may sound odd but I enjoy roasting sweet potatoes and then mashing them with cheddar, seasoned foodies may well turn their noses up at it but the combination of sweet and cheesy really pushes my buttons.
