I think that it's incredibly diffcult for a brewery to keep such a massive range of seasonal and monthly beers without sacrificing quality - there's only Mallinson's that I can think of that have not yet succumbed to this. It happens to ll brewers who cast thier nets incredibly wide. I'd much rather have 4 great seasonals every year, than 20 average ones. Quality over quantity for me, every time.Leighhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05512660051158275112noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-38739054.post-34718823526463060962010-10-31T10:03:39.083+00:002010-10-31T10:03:39.083+00:00Had Saltaire's Harvest Moon on Friday at the b...Had Saltaire's Harvest Moon on Friday at the brewery itself. It's a very good beer indeed, very autumnal. Enjoyed it enormously.

I'd started to get a bit frustrated with Saltaire's output - too many slightly mediocre beers obscuring a couple of absolute stunners. A problem with simply brewing too many different beers, perhaps?rich (them apples)https://www.blogger.com/profile/16700939962860096485noreply@blogger.com
